EREBUS FRAGRANCES REFUND POLICY



Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Perfume purchased in a sale or promotion are not eligible for replacement/ return and refund.
Due to the nature of fragrances we are only able to do returns or exchanges on a product with manufacture defect. If you are unsure of a product, please order a sample prior to committing to a full size bottle.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. All exchanges will require our approval. Contact us at: returns@erebusfragrances.ca

Shipping/Duties
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not cover the cost of return postage or any costs associated with returning the product. We will not refund any delivery charges or local customs charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a return item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
